Philadelphia’s Black Gay Pride Weekend, also known as Philly Black Pride, typically takes place in April an has, for decades, coincided with Penn Relay Weekend. Its mission is to transform the living and social environments of Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender and Queer (LGBTQ) people of color.
